1. Founding Membership
The Founding Membership is a limited membership available only to approved Founding Members.
Your membership includes:
- Unlimited access to eligible BIOM classes, subject to booking availability.
- Complimentary access to BIOM-hosted events and workshops designated as included for Founding Members.
- Two (2) guest passes per calendar month.
- At-cost pricing on eligible mocktails and biohacking services.
- One complimentary annual private BIOM birthday buyout (subject to availability).
- Access to the Founders Circle and exclusive Founding Member experiences.
- A lifetime Founding Membership rate, provided your membership remains active and in good standing.
2. Membership Payments
Membership dues are billed automatically upon purchase to secure your spot.
Your membership will become active on September 5, 2026.
The anticipated opening date of September 1, 2026, is subject to change. If the studio opening is delayed, your membership activation date will be adjusted accordingly to ensure you receive your full membership benefits.
Membership fees are billed automatically each month using the payment method on file.
Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A valid credit card must remain on file at all times.
3. Lifetime Founding Rate
Your Founding Membership rate is guaranteed for life, provided your membership remains active and payments remain current.
If your Founding Membership is cancelled for any reason, your lifetime Founding rate is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
4. Minimum Commitment
Founding Memberships require a minimum commitment of 12 months.
If a membership is cancelled before the completion of the minimum term, the remaining balance of the commitment may become immediately due.
5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
All experiences are subject to availability and must be reserved through BIOM’s booking platform.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 hours before the scheduled experience.
Cancellations made within 7 hours, or failure to attend a reserved experience, will incur a $45 late cancellation/no-show fee.
6. Guest Passes
Founding Members receive two (2) guest passes per calendar month.
Guest passes:
- Expire at the end of each calendar month.
- Do not roll over.
- Have no cash value.
- May not be sold or transferred.
BIOM reserves the right to limit guest pass use during special events or high-demand periods.
7. Events & Workshops
Founding Members receive complimentary access to BIOM-hosted events and workshops designated as included with the membership.
Certain events, workshops, retreats, certifications, collaborations, or specialty experiences may be excluded from membership benefits at BIOM’s discretion. Excluded experiences will require a separate registration and applicable fees.
8. Mocktails & Biohacking Services
Founding Members receive at-cost pricing on eligible mocktails and biohacking services.
Eligible services, products, pricing, and availability may change over time.
9. Birthday Buyout
Founding Members are entitled to one complimentary private BIOM birthday buyout per calendar year.
Birthday buyouts:
- Must be requested at least 60 days in advance.
- Are subject to availability.
- Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- Expire if unused during the applicable annual period.
BIOM reserves the right to establish reasonable operating guidelines regarding scheduling, capacity, and duration.
10. Founders Circle
Founding Members receive access to the Founders Circle, including exclusive gatherings, early access to new offerings, opportunities to provide feedback, and other member-only experiences.
Programming may evolve over time.
11. Membership Holds
Members may place their Founding Membership on hold for up to one (1) month per calendar year.
Hold requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the next billing date.
The minimum membership commitment will be extended by the length of the hold.
12. Membership Changes & Cancellations
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted by email to memberships@thebiom.com at least 72 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
Memberships automatically renew month-to-month following the initial 12-month commitment unless cancelled.
13. Member Conduct
BIOM is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive community.
Members are expected to treat fellow members, guests, staff, and the space with respect.
BIOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund for behaviour that compromises the safety, wellbeing, or experience of others.
14. Facility Operations
Operating hours, class schedules, instructors, programming, amenities, and services may change from time to time.
Temporary closures may occur due to maintenance, repairs, weather, public health requirements, private events, or other operational needs.
15. Membership Benefits
Memberships and membership benefits are personal to the member and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or exchanged for cash.
16. Evolution of Benefits
As BIOM grows, our programming, amenities, and experiences will continue to evolve.
While the core benefits of the Founding Membership—including lifetime Founding pricing, unlimited eligible experiences, guest passes, Founders Circle access, birthday buyout, at-cost eligible services, and included events and workshops—will remain, BIOM reserves the right to reasonably modify how these benefits are delivered, provided the overall value and intent of the Founding Membership is maintained.
